Kelley loves to move! Students and clients adore her endless energy and compassion. She’s been a dancer and athlete all her life, with 20 years of experience teaching dance and 13 years in the fitness industry. She first began teaching group exercise classes for fun in college; she is now one of the nation’s most multi-talented instructors, having won several prestigious awards and taught master classes and workshops around the world.
Kelley brings a world of knowledge with her… literally. With forms of dance, martial arts and yoga from places she has lived and traveled such as India, Japan, Central America, and Europe. Her love for music energizes her classes with a variety of sounds from around the globe. After many years managing group exercise programs for large companies such as 24 Hour Fitness in San Francisco and New York Sports Club she decided to move to Maui for the quiet life and enjoy the variety of outdoor and water sports with her husband. From surfing to golf Kelley does it all!
Kelley continues to update her certifications and learn new ways for people to exercise safely and effectively. Her passion for movement drives her to consistently seek knowledge to understand the human body. She attends workshops and researches injury prevention, rehabilitation, and nutritional cooking methods. She believes in working out the brain, too! Precision, persistence, patience, and perseverance she says are key to creating a healthy body and a positive mind. She motivates all her clients and students to feel young and healthy at heart. She encourages being strong mentally, physically, and emotionally. From children to pregnant moms to ladies in their eighties, she inspires them all to reach their goals of health and wellness.
